Sharing your living and working spaces with living houseplants have been proven to be part of a healthy lifestyle.
Plants are nurturing, improve production, decrease anxiety, and help cleanse the air of toxins.
Pet Friendly
If your indoor pets have the tendency to nibble on houseplant leaves, money plant may offer a solution – leaves out of reach.
The topknot of foliage on leafless stems keeps leaves up and away from pets. It’s also considered nontoxic by the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center.
Fresh decor -- small to tall
Lush, live plants offer freshness in home decor.
This multi-leafed mini tree is sold in various sizes, but won’t grow more than 10 feet tall.
You can pinch off the tips of each stem as your money tree grows if you want to keep it full and from getting too tall.
The Money Tree is great for small spaces. It does well in spaces that have medium, indirect light.
Place Money Tree in a spot that receives medium light (3-5 hours of sunlight). Water your plant about once a week with approximately 1/2 cup and be sure all excess water drains away. Adjust as needed for your environment.
Do not let the Money Tree sit in water or overly soggy soil. The height at shipping is approximately 10-inches tall, measured from the bottom of the pot to the top of the plant.
The Money Tree is a moderate grower. Exact growth rate depends on the care provided and its environment.
Give it a boost during the warm months of Spring and Summer with a general-purpose fertilizer that is formulated for potted plants.
Follow the instructions on the fertilizer package for the best use. When the plant out grows the current container, it is time to repot.
